Located in Dubai, WARQA Villa is a 600 sqm contemporary family residence defined by clean volumes and controlled proportions.
The design originates from a simple linear plan, articulated through a three-dimensional facade composition that introduces depth and
visual dynamism.
Natural stone cladding and expansive glazing create a rhythmic interplay of solid and void, while integrated shading elements enhance
environmental performance and animate the elevations through light and shadow.
Internally, a continuous marble base anchors the spaces, contrasted by darker tones and anthracite oak elements that add warmth and
material richness. Emperador marble and natural stone surfaces soften the geometric rigor.
The project balances scenographic spatial quality with everyday livability through precise detailing, layered materials, and controlled
natural light.
